Greetings Heinrich Jagerblitzen!
Yeah I can totally give you guys a little rundown on what to expect from me! For one, I'll say that I'm a new player for sure! Although when I first got into gaming I was a primarily FPS playing person. I played Counter-Strike and Day of Defeat was probably my most played game of all time. Console-wise I really enjoyed Red Faction, which I played too much. I've been playing Dust 514 a bit, and was actually pleasantly surprised. Not that I expected the worst or anything, but it was comforting to see the progress from some beta iterations. I have been a fly around the Dust guys here in Iceland and have been hearing their insights and plans and mostly I'll be helping YOU to be able to affect the decisions made here! We want the game to be great, and I feel as though this game has amazing potential to do so. Community wise we are still growing. I know many of you may be from EVE Online, and some of you are new and devoted Dust 514 players but that's going to get larger and larger as things progress and so getting your voices heard is the top priority.
I will be bringing sexy back. No but seriously, I will be working hard to keep communication open, working with event planning and improving the experience of you, the players. You'll be seeing a lot more from me in the coming months and I will be working out of San Francisco so USTZ players will have me to confide in. Right now I am in Iceland for training and will be poking my head in on here from time to time while I get my sea legs.
So far I've noticed the DUST 514 community seems very welcoming and that will be fantastic for bringing in new players for us to mercilessly kill. In game, of course. :P
