MAG players will be given preferential treatment, but they have to have grims and silver bullets over hours. All players with more than 3 purple hearts will be ineligible. |

Yes, but no NPC corp owns landin PC. When people say "the former" they mean the first of two. The former in my comment is "Requiring you must not be apart of an NPC corp." That is the part that is redundant since if you require that you own land in PC that directly implies the fact that you are not in an NPC corp.
