We haven't had an update that did something to the game, aside from skill respecs and templar event, since 5/23.

its been a month since we got uprising... and theyve been doing some minor balancing as well as the templar event. i remember when TQ only got fixes and changes at patch times, once every 6 months or so...

Uprising was fun for a bit the graphics were good the weapons were better. I still like Uprising. But it seems like you all want something NEW.

We really in these forums should be complimenting CCP. And briefly mentioning complaints, instead of completely talking about how bad the game is. This is a truly amazing FPS, so start complimenting it instead of complaining about it. CCP has tried to please you, and worked very hard in order to do so. What you play now has been partly visioned by all of you mercs. This game can only get better and when it does you'll love the way it's put together,

I am not kidding. Maybe dust to you is not good. But dust was visioned by all mercs. If this is not how you visioned dust then why don't you try to get CCP to get it the way you want it. Just because you visioned one way doesn't mean that it has to be that way. I'm sure that CCP tried to fit people's ideas into this game. But not all of them.

Dust 514 was made as a extension to eve online hint in the logo eve dust 514. Yes it is a player game but they already have enough to fit into this game to make their vision happen first. Our ideas will have to wait until everything they need to make happen is done. Don't like it come back in a year or longer and see if they are done yet. This game is free **** what more do you want.

This whole game was built to please network players. If you don't respect that CCP tried than try to realize the purpose of what your playing.

When I said network players panther I meant playstation network players.

I don't see people complaining about the downtime, I see people complaining about not getting the fixes to this game.

i have sat here since 9:00am waiting on updates from CCP about this update and all i have seen is people b*tching and whining because they cant play and i have seen a lot of dis respect towards the developers

to be honest its there games they can do updates when ever they want they try to make it better for everyone.

they could just close it down for good and say f*ck you all we are not doing it anymore but they haven't

but i haven't got to play waaa who cares go outside read a book watch a film its not the end of the world and i really doubt any of you know how hard it is to make a game like this in fact i challenge anyone to make a game as good if not better then EVE and Dust 514

You know Panther you are doing a whole lot of whining about this game and how it shouldn't be on PS3 but I will bet you one thing right now, someone like you who is obviously so disgruntled about this game should take the one logical option available and just shut your pie hole and quit playing already. But I will bet you that when this server goes back online, you will have your happy little disgruntled rearend right in there with the rest of us mixing it up and having a good time killing the other mercs.

These guys are right, we should be complimenting CCP on the wonderful job they have done up to this point and realize that an undertaking like this is not easy and has never been done before. So be glad that you are part of something wonderful and unique and that you had some small part in making this game what it is and what it will become if you continue to offer CCP CONSTRUCTIVE feedback.

Oh and by the way, you think you have some keen perspective because you have been playing since Open Beta? Let me tell you something NOOB, I have been with this project since I was invited to participate in the CLOSED BETA and I'm sure I'm not one of the longer tenured players having been with it for a bit over a year now. When you open beta guys came along, we closed beta types had to start all over from scratch and for me that was over 4 million skill points lost but it was okay because we knew it was part of being in the closed beta project. You should see what the game was like then versus what it is now, you would keep quiet and have a whole new respect for what CCP has done!! So kick back, relax and enjoy watching this game become the greatest FPS ever made and realize that even though you are not happy at the moment, you have had a hand, whether large or small, in making this game what it is. Enjoy the fruits of your hard playing labors my friend.

i havent been keeping track of my EVE patches, but they havent had anything significant since DECEMBER.

theres been 2 small patches with various fixes since then. one of them was about 2 weeks ago, and the otherone was the patch that hit with uprising, which didnt impact MOST of the playerbase, with PC only being limited to a SINGLE region.

they got cool stuff today because theyve been waiting 6 months, we got cool stuff last month, and its not time for anything major to happen for a while aside from small batches of fixes. which they are working on

also the crew working on EVE content doesnt generally work on DUST, as far as i am aware, its effectively two separate teams and they each manage their own workloads and features. EVE getting content doesnt degrade from DUST getting content in any significant fashion. the big bad internet spaceship subscribers arent stealing your FREE content.
