I filed at 02:00 time on the 27th. Still waiting. They even closed the ticket stating timed out waiting on customer response. Well, in the message I received acknowledging my ticket, it stated I was flagged and in queue to receive respec. Not in one place did it stateto reply to this message. Only thing that said to reply was if I wanted aurum reset. So my issue is why the f is my ticket closed due to this??? And why have I not received my respec, over a week later. If my account was "flagged for respec" and in queue, shouldn't that have been carried out?? Especially before people who submitted well after me. It's very upsetting to be waiting this darn long for this. |

Be patient, I filed mine on the 20th so you have been waiting a relatively short time. Also the tickets automatically close after 7 days but as long as you received that first response that means you are in the queue and just have to wait.
Here is some more information from CCP. |

Thank you for this thread, I received the same response from the automated system as well stating that ticket was closed due to no customer response. After what CCP just went through giving them some slack is perfectly ok with me. Lets hope everything turns out ok as were not the only ones with that ticket response. |

I got an answer from CCP . They at least stated that my account was flagged for a re-spec I asked on the forums ,https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=84764&find=unread, but nothing yet. Guess we'll wait... at the end of the day, Eve is my main game, Dust is just an addon for me ! |

In all seriousness, I've already spent money on this game as a FPS with no previous experience with Eve. I do love my respecs and would be willing to pay real money to get this done quicker... just saying. |
