My experience is i flank em surprise em hit them, they jump then dance, i finish my clip into them their 10 mllion SP carries them from death then they 1 or 2 shot me, then some random blue dot finishes them off.
this happens like 5 to 8 times then the battle is done.
The score board shows they died 5 to 8 times.
I have seen better play by academy blue dots. |

10 million SP does not mean you are good. All it means is you have been here longer.
The fact that this alludes you only proves you are a scrub.
But yeah keep clinging to your 10 million SP, PC districts, and carried KDR like it means anything....it is good for the LuLz and the impending sweet taste of your bitter tears. |

Yes, the best of the worst means nothing.
Either this game dies or real FPS players start playing it.
Either way winning anything up to this point is a joke and either way you will be road kill.

Yes, the best of the worst means nothing. Either this game dies or real FPS players start playing it. Either way winning anything up to this point is a joke and either way you will be road kill. So your counter argument is... "Outside the game there's better players!" ... Lol? "This games a joke who cares they're the best" and my favorite, "They're not real FPSers." Could you throw around a weaker argument? FPS BLOWS IN GENERAL. I'm not even an FPSer and walk all over people around here - what FPS talent is there EVER to speak of? It'll always be about management - coordination - and bringing people together no matter what FPS you play. And the Imps have proven they can do that here in a game that is more team orientated then most. Your weak attempts at refuting them any claim of being great is obviously stemmed from jealousy that this isn't a twitch shooter where one man can get lucky and wipe out a squad. Please try again. I'd rather tell someone smart they're stupid then an obvious weak troll looking for attention. I'll be waiting :)
It amuses me the biggest farmville in space fairy on the forums come to the rescue of the imperfects.
You do realize that there are maybe 300 active players with the SP to even compete against the imperfects, right?
So 16 players are the best of 300 players....and you think they will still be the best when that number hits 3000 or when it hits 6000 or when it hits 10,000....
Brilliant.

Math is hard. apparently math is very hard for you. You just went from weak argument to made up facts. And to add insult to you own injury you claim there's 300 players at the Imperfects SP level - this is wildly untrue and fabricated non-sense. NF alone would fill your criteria of 300 people at the Imps level of SP - what about EoN, ROFL, and LOI then? Has PRO just been idle with there thousands of members since january? You need to come at this subject a totally different angle. Try again though - and how am I a farmville player? I'd like that explained to me more then anything.
EvE = farmville in space.
here is data for you.
http://serpentinelogic.wordpress.com/2013/05/13/this-week-in-dust-uprising-week-0/
Note the chart showing how many of the top WP players are in so few Corps....note how 11 of the 250 are in the Imperfects.
Most of those thousands of members are Alts and no-shows....one only has to play 10 matches to see how many active players are in the 10 million SP range and how many are not...one only has to look at their own alliance and corp data to get an idea of how many are dead weight alts and no-shows and how many are active. |

semperfi1999 wrote:Um HOOC you realize that even without booster if you started when the game went to open beta then you are close to getting 10 mill SP right? I have 8.6 mill SP and I have hit almost every SP cap. If you used even 1 30day booster for passive and active then you would have over 10 mill SP. I would say the majority of players who have been here since the open beta have more than 10 mill SP.
Oh and in reality one only really needs about 5 mill SP to be competitive against proto tiered players.
If that is true then i am a far better player then i thought. When i go 20/4 with only 1 million SP spent i assume it is because i am against new players just out of the academy. If these are 8 million SP players then it becomes all too clear how bad the average Dust player really is.
But i doubt it. More likely they are mostly new and when tranquility shows 7k players online that means only a small fraction of them are in the 8 million plus range. I only seem to run into high Sp players every 3 games or so when there are 7k online.
How many people are in your corp? how many have alts in your corp? how many are inactive? how many are even online right now in corp chat? |

And I don't play EVE - more proof you've no idea what you're talking about.
And since when do leaderboards prove anything? You can AFK farm - never get WP - and be at 10m SP. This is now the third attempt at grasping at straws. I'm only sort of amused how desperate you are to prove a very weak point.
Got anything else? I'm waiting for a valid fact to prove your point.
So you deny that high SP gives an edge over low SP?
So you deny that the pool of active high SP players is currently small compared the larger pool of lower SP players?
So you deny that the pool of active high SP players is likely to grow 10 or 20 or a 100 fold over the next 6 months?
You are an idiot if you do.
Maybe 16 to 30 dudes started playing this game at the start of open beta or back in closed beta and they out of pure coincidence happen to be the best players Dust will ever see....
But you would have to be pretty stupid to think it is likely.
Anyway those are my points...if you think the assumptions i made are "grasping at straws" then you are a drooling imbecile. |

Quote:there is no such thing as top players
There probably are top players...but the current SP/leveling system makes it nearly impossible to differentiate who is top and who is not. You yourself claimed the ranking system is garbage, I agree....why is a few weeks of PC battle some huge all encompassing truth?
Anyway i posited some assumptions you so far have been unable to make any counter claim to them.
That is why you lose and i win this debate. |

Assumptions are just that - assumptions. They don't have any value to respond too. But otherwise I agree with your latest post
If we have different assumptions and use them to come to different conclusions then the place to look is where our assumptions differ and debate those.
So yes if you want to find my error in my conclusion you need to find my error in my assumptions. |
