ISK rewared per battle is extremely inconsistent, and in my opinion it supports the EVERYONE-IS-A-WINNER mentality. I can sit at the MCC and AFK the battle in get 100K-150K ISK. I can go out in the battle field hopefully not die and make 100K-150K ISK, if I do die I make 100K-150K ISK, some times I make a little bit more and other times I make a lot less, like 48K in a skirmish.

So you want to make +200K isk by pubstomping noobs in militia gear? The isk system is created in such a way that you are rewarded based on the gear you destroy on your opponent's side. The better their gear (proto/complex), the better the pay; otherwise, we would be getting matches with dudes in protogear destroying dudes in militia gear and making +500K. THIS causes an unfair advantage to new players because they are resorted to buy crap gear to compete. Do you really want that?
edit: if you really want to fix afk farming, either A) 0 WP = 0 isk B) 0 kills = 0 ISK or C) 0 deaths = 0 ISK. IF any 2 comply to a player they should receive none since this is sufficient (sorta) for proving AFK in battle |

How is this unfair to noobs, the fact they run militia gear means that don't spend a dime so they make the most profit which means in the end they would have enough money to compete, you act as if they won't make any ISK at all. And what I am suggesting is better rewards for doing stuff in the game, not running around Rambo killing everything, I am talking about assists, hacks, revives, heals etc. Those actions only contribute to WP, and because the system pays more for killing people or vehicles those who do other actions get the short end of the stick. |
