Seriously??
Anyone wonder why dust is failing??? Because there are ppl like this thats why. Here I will do the math for you since its not your strong suit.
Assault scrambler - 45.77 dmg with the operations fully upgraded. Assault scrambler - 54.92 dmg to shields per hit Assault scrambler - 36.62 dmg to armor per hit
Other weapon features: More accurate, similar ROF, less recoil/dispersion, faster reload time, more ammo per mag, overheat a virtual nonfactor as you can fire 1.5 mags before overheating, Optimal is virtually identical to AR
Assault Rifle - 43.12 dmg with operations fully upgraded Assault Rifle - 47.44 dmg to shields per hit Assault Rifle - 38.81 dmg to armor per hit
Other weapon features: No overheating mechanic......everthing else is virtually identical or less than the assault scrambler
As we can see the assault scrambler only does 2.2 dmg less per shot than the AR against armor. But against shields (which most ppl tank) the scrambler does 7.5 more dmg than the AR.
Also necro thread FTW! |

I dont know what weapon your using but I have used the AR since I started playing in August.....after the last respec I went with the scrambler since I knew the AR was about to be hit with a nerf. Scrambler recoil/dispersion is the same as the AR recoil dispersion after the AR has specced up into the SS (which reduces dispersion).
However I did just remember that the hipfire on the AR does seem to be a bit better than the hipfire for the scrambler. So I will admit that I forgot to include that on the AR side regarding its positives.
However on the ADS.....the scrambler is better because you dont have to spend 1.5 mill SP to get the same dispersion/recoil as the AR.
ANd LOL at your "vastly more recoil" the freakin gun has virtually no recoil whatsoever.....not quite as little recoil as the imp scrambler (which is literally nonexistent) but the assault scrambler definitely has no recoil to speak of when comparing it to the AR. |

It's hurt that I have to pay more attention to overheating measure than focusing on where I'm shooting right now.. and it would be great if would be possible shot 3 extra shots before overheating me weapon without skilling much in it.
Your doing it wrong then. You should be able to get 15 shots easy and probably 21 shots or more before overheating. Remember this gun is different from all other weapons. Other guns when you press the trigger it fires. For this gun when you release the trigger it fires...so holding your finger on the trigger will cause the gun to start charging thus more heat will be built up from the shot (but each bolt will be more powerful). |
