Dude,
I don't wanna hear opened a bunch, long time ago, still waiting, I never followed up my ticket numbers emailed to me. . . Build to me means Uprising build. . . which of course then was the wrong time to ask.
Did you request a ticket AFTER the SKILL TREE upload on I think the 26th ish? All tickets prior were closed and did not count and you had to resubmit before the 1st if I recall. I only spammed this constantly to spread the word throughout our Corp so most our members knew. I hope you DIDNT ask there while online because then I'd sadly be upset your Corpmates failed you. We even posted front page on the website during the window. I hope CCP just missed ya. . . good luck. |

If you opened a ticket before the 31 your account should have gotten flagged for an upcoming re-spec... now you, like many of us, have to wait for it to pop. One of their post stated that they pulled a lot of resources from the re-spec part to fix some issues on other fronts so they are lagging.
Just sit still and wait for it... or better yet, go play some Eve while your clone chills on his tank ! |

Considering the recent the day-long downtime that was the result of some basement-dwelling ass holes who decided to DDoS the server, CCP said there will be delays to be expected. As long as you submitted the ticket during the final week of May and received an email confirming that you are in the queue, you are fine. You just have to wait like the rest of us. |
