DUST Search - Were the templars selected to commit suicide?

CCP should have never made this a random selection. Select corps, and THEN hand pick players from the pool. Giving noobs and trolls this? Yea, that makes sense CCP.

But selecting corps would cause outcries of favoritism, and rightly so. Probably shoulda done background checks of the players they chose, and maybe bumped the number to 700 Templars (about 1/10th of the playerbase). Have yet to see a Templar, and I don't think I will see one the entire event :l

Favoritism? So give people who did nothing to make this game better, who never played the game for any amount of time, no beta testing, nothing! Only have 200 of this, and make it random. I watched that list, and I prob only recognize about 15-20 of the names on that list. The rest of the people there could have showed up out of the blue for free ****!

In cases like this favoritism HAS TO BE SHOWN. Give people who were loyal to the making of this game, not a bunch of noobs and nobodies for them to be MCC AFK, and jumping out the MCC to suicide.

Then choose from accounts that have existed since beta, not accounts that are in this-or-that corperation. And I agreed with you on the 'too few' thing, or were you too indignant to catch that?
