The Militia Shotgn can't one-shot anything but another Scout if the player has a decent tank, unless they get close enough to basically plant the Shotgun against the side of your head AND have a minimum of level 3 Shotgun Operation. So really, you're complaining that a decently-skilled player is using a low-grade weapon and managed to get within 2m of you without you noticing. Even then, they're probably running either an Advanced Damage Mod or a couple of cheap ones (meaning basically no shields) to hit 800 damage.

As for the respec, I suggest checking your records and making sure you have proof of the request, then contacting support (either through http://www.dust514.com/support or by emailing [email protected]) with that evidence and asking why your respec hasn't happened yet.

Well its a jokes seen as my whole ******* corp minus me has been respeced **** the templar event i want my hard earned back im at 8 mill sp and i have spent it wrong so i applyed as soon as i knew for my respec even before most of my corp and i just think its a absolute ******* joke i have not been respeced yet

Answers like this only going to **** people off even more...Be already did the "Ticket ", the reason why we haven't been Respec yet, is "Obvious".

There are two possible "obvious" reasons why someone would have no respec after requesting it.

1. They screwed up and didn't actually send the request through properly, or a glitch on the support site prevented the request from going through and they didn't have the forethought to double-check it.

2. They requested it and for some reason it wasn't processed, meaning that CCP haven't taken the correct action on those particular cases.

This means there are two possible courses of action to be taken.

1. You screwed up, and don't have any evidence of your request because you didn't submit it properly, meaning you have no real grounds to complain about the lack of respec. HTFU.

2. You can prove you made the request, and should do so in the appropriate manner instead of whining like a spoiled brat on the forums. HTFU and contact support.

The time to go onto the forums and complain publicly is when the tech support team are telling you they have a 48 hour turnaround then not replying for 2 weeks, or locking down your support ticket repeatedly, or when the tech support staff are lying to your face then telling you they already answered your question and locking your complaints when you call them on it.

Bringing an issue to the forums when it belongs with support, and refusing to take people's advice to contact support like a reasonable and mature adult would isn't "discussing". It's whining. Complaining that someone is trying to suggest a reasonable and mature response is also not "discussing". It's being a spoiled brat.

So while you should reasonably have been expected to only file one ticket and wait, you were spamming them with respec requests? Sounds like a particularly obnoxious example of a spoiled brat. And the suggestion is that you NOW, after the case should have been resolved correctly, contact CCP with regards to their failure to act on your initial request.

I'm not keeping the rest of the quote, because not only is it irrelevant and barely coherent, it also includes a point where you bypassed the language filter, which is a bannable offense and I'd rather not be dragged into your fail with you. Try contacting support again, act reasonably, and see what happens.

My character hasn't been respecced so I entered another ticket asking them if they can help out. Waiting to see what happens.
