The Militia Shotgn can't one-shot anything but another Scout if the player has a decent tank, unless they get close enough to basically plant the Shotgun against the side of your head AND have a minimum of level 3 Shotgun Operation. So really, you're complaining that a decently-skilled player is using a low-grade weapon and managed to get within 2m of you without you noticing.
As for the respec, I suggest checking your records and making sure you have proof of the request, then contacting support (either through http://www.dust514.com/support or by emailing [email protected]) with that evidence and asking why your respec hasn't happened yet. |

The time to go onto the forums and complain publicly is when the tech support team are telling you they have a 48 hour turnaround then not replying for 2 weeks, or locking down your support ticket repeatedly, or when the tech support staff are lying to your face then telling you they already answered your question and locking your complaints when you call them on it.

I'm not keeping the rest of the quote, because not only is it irrelevant and barely coherent, it also includes a point where you bypassed the language filter, which is a bannable offense and I'd rather not be dragged into your fail with you. Try contacting support again, act reasonably, and see what happens.
EDIT: If I didn't think this was an issue that deserves attention, I wouldn't be helping you keep the thread alive. I'd have bowed out before we reached a second page. In spite of disagreeing with your methods, I also think it's poor form on CCP's part to have left as many people as they have without the requested respecs. I hope your issue gets resolved promptly even if I don't think this is the way you should be trying to make that happen. |

And was actually after the respec fail by CCP, and therefore means you already did what I was advising.
A polite response saying "I already did that and am waiting on a response" would have been a more sensible answer than raging at me. Lying about having contacted them 3 times before it was reasonable to have done so wasn't helping your cause, you know.
