I am deeply confused Actually Minnies should have the fastest anything (Most of them anyways) if Racial archtypes are further followed, but hey shrugs So let me get this straight. Minmitar use an equal amount of armor and sheilds. Their the fastest Gallente use heavy armor. Their the 2ed fastest Amaar use even heavier armor than gallente their 3erd fastest. Caldari use weightless sheilds. their the slowist Okay makes sence. I see how they concluded this
