That all depends on several factors. Do you like the current owner? Do you trust the current owner enough to give them the payment up front? What if you pay them and the owner absconds with your hard earned ISK?

As stated earlier I'm no longer doing currency exchanges. I do still provide 3rd party escrow services and service contracts can be negotiated for Eve or Dust ISK depending on the service request. |
