I have just spent an entire match in the MCC unable to do anything because the 'You have been disconnected. The server is currently unavailable. Press OK to retry or use the PS button to quit the game.' message popped up right at the start. The odd thing though, is that I was able to stay in the match for the entire duration and never actually got disconnected. I saw the null cannon letters flash and get hacked and rehacked and the kill feed was showing me people dying and I even got a battle report screen at the end giving me both isk and SP. I've now been exited back to my quarters still with the disconnect message.
I still can't do anything other than press the X button to complete the disconnect but it seems quite clear that I've not actually disconnected at all here and something else strange has happened. |

I had a similar thing happen to me last night. Going into a battle, in squad, at about 10:45 p.m. CST. I was stuck on the battle loading screen with the disconnected message in the bottom right corner with white noise sound. I had to exit the game, which actually caused my PS3 to reboot all on its own. |

Just had this again and had the sense to film it this time - sorry about the quality of my camera phone but you get the idea. I eventually did get booted from the match but back to MQ, so it's clearly not quite a real disconnect. However, I wasn't able to do anything other than press X which did complete the disconnect.

When this happens to me usually mid-game. I just stay in to receive my skill points then I do a reset. |

If I can stay connected long enough to get into a match, this is what happens with my 'disconnect' as well. I lost voice chat, but could see all the match progress, even earn some WP for uplink spawns. But 90% of the time I can't stay connected even in merc quarters...

Watched your video, I get the same result. That is, if I can stay connected long enough to get into a battle. So, apparently, I can't stay connected to the 'world' server, even when just in MQ... |

Just had this again today but with a slight difference - instead of the normal 'You have been disconnected' message, I got a 'You have been signed out of Playstation Network' message, even though I was still signed into PSN and at no point had signed out of it. I was on the map screen at the time while doing killfeed stats and stayed there from roughly halfway through the match right up until the ending victory screen when I pressed X and was booted back to login screen. |
