It would be really good if this game had scorestreaks.
For those who don't know. Scorestreaks are various things you unlock which can be deployed on the map when you get a certain number of kills or score... These things could include UAV, helicopter gunners and maybe even drones which zoom down and explode on you.
Examples
UAV (3 kills) reveals the map but can be shot down
Counter UAV (4 kills) blocks out the radar
helicopter gunman (8 kills) you get teleported to a helicopter and you can fire down with your machine gun
explosive drone (3 kills) a drone which you throw into the air and it comes down and hits you and explodes.
From here the possibilities are ENDLESS. we could have stuff like dogs, maybe even robots which parashute down and fight with you. Or maybe a super heavy drop suit which gives you a lot of health.

As a hired merc this would be a terrible idea, we already get a massive airstrike at 2500 wp. |

MAYBE... when we get the ability to call OMS stuff in. Then, perhaps a 'freebie' one might be appropriate. After a certain number of WP attained.

I think they should sort out the current content and concern themselves w/ lag before they get any more dumb CoD suggestions. |

And the best part is that you can only get them as a Squad Leader, which puts the emphasis on good teamplay rather than trying to be a one-man juggernaut. |

Scorestreaks lol, imagine how much a pain in the ass it would be if you finally got a 5 kill streak going on, you get teleported into a ******* RDV then instantly shot down by some ******* with a forge gun? My god, that would create some good QQ forums here.
I think scorestreaks wouldn't fit into a game like this, you get what you pay for here and you use what you've earned the right to use. Having things appear like magic would just benefit protofools anyway, or wait check this **** out.
Am doing 18-0 running over heavies in my mlt LAV then suddenly BOOM! I unlock the awesome old titan DD weapon, now everybody on the whole map has to take it up the ass thanks to my amazing 3.2 turn in the road skills.

You should have called them "killstreaks" so i could say "No" just out of principle.
We definitely need more crazy tools of destruction but they should be paid with ISK and nothing else. Tieing them to WP just encourages farming wich is "unnatural" behaviour and the WP system is made precisely to encourage "natural" actions.
That is also why i think that warbarge OBs are bad, atleast everywhere besides instant battles. |
