actually i sent in one on the 14th for the respec the 2nd ticket was trying to ask them what was going on got the same responce twice |

no i havent gotten mine either and as far as im aware last wave was today, i really hope its just them being too busy with what has happened this week and not being the end of the respecs cause that would suck. |

Well... it seems to me that CCP did the Respecs for some people, and then said ;
Kitten the rest of them !!
Because like you said.. the 31th was supposed to be the last day. And is not official statement from CCP, explaining why all the Respecs haven't been done yet. |

Correct. That's why first respecs have been issued.

Only a problem if those who applied on the 14th are not really the first to receive their respecs. And even then it's a minor one.

That means that all respecs that have been requested before that deadline will be issued, not that they'll be issued before 31th.
As long as you got the confirmation mail you'll get your respec. It might just take a while for everyone to get it. |

Two people in my corp applied for a respec on the 27th and received them on the 28th. I put in my ticket on the 17th and have not.

If by the end of the day even after the US time zones you still haven't received the respec, more than likely they are backlogged. At that point, keep pushing them. You'd be surprised how fast they react when you make a big stink of things. |

I had my ticket in on the 17th too but no respec yet.
Although I did have issues with the ISK glitch...
My guess is that the glitch threw a fork in the respec process.
Not a big deal really, I'll just run militia fits and when resoec comes ill have more SP and isk to play with.
I need to finish portal two.

This^...I have some buddies that got it then put one in for their alt on wednesday and got it thursday I sent mine in on sunday soo first come first serve is straight bs..I'm still waiting |
