It'll come. Stay calm. The problem with this is that today was supppose to be the last wave.... I can't recall this beeing said anywhere, so source please. The 31th was supposed to be the deadline for requests, not the respecs themselves.

You're quoting the mercpack account reset with the first one.
The Devblog regarding skill respec states:

Correct. That's why first respecs have been issued.

Only a problem if those who applied on the 14th are not really the first to receive their respecs. And even then it's a minor one.

That means that all respecs that have been requested before that deadline will be issued, not that they'll be issued before 31th.
As long as you got the confirmation mail you'll get your respec. It might just take a while for everyone to get it. |

"The cake is a lie!" I had my ticket in on the 17th too but no respec yet. Although I did have issues with the ISK glitch... My guess is that the glitch threw a fork in the respec process. Not a big deal really, I'll just run militia fits and when resoec comes ill have more SP and isk to play with. I need to finish portal two.  Now that you say this. That is incredibly likely if the respec script was what caused the ISK bug, wich is also likely
