So exhausted from a last fight not 10 minutes ago and not having enough time to figure where we are doing wrong. A, B, and C teams are forced to keep fighting alone. So when we kept losing battles people are raging, even directors. With the directors now seeming weaker than we thought insubordination starts to happen. Their mindset being, "what ever you are doing it isn't working. Let me do what I do in the pub matches to get victory."
