Can we get computer generated contracts that we can accept and accomplish as we play. For example contracts to kill a certain number of amarrs, capture a certain number of points, a certain number of kills with installations etc. The rewards for these being SP and ISK. This would be a nice incentive for playing after the SP-Cap and it would add a bit more immersion into the mercenary lifestyle. |

AKA In game Achievements? How about Corp generated contracts that people can bring squads in to fulfill? |

Not achievements, like lets say you go into a Contracts screen there would be a list of stuff to do, you do it, or do the ones you like and then on Wednesday the list would refresh. |

Sounds like a Dust version of missioning. This is similar to COD contracts (X number of headshot kills with a Python Revolver). How would this affect gameplay? Would people be more interested in fulfilling contracts for special rewards than winning the "Contract" to attack or defend (instant battle) and would this amount to extra WP to assist the merc during the battles? I like the idea of something new but I feel it would be preferable to introduce NPC missions to Dust before adding features such as this. I am not against this idea, just not sure how it would fit in to the gameplay in its current state.
If a contract to eliminate 50 rogue drones from X district were available it would be perfect! |

Yeah exactly like the COD contracts, except in this game we are mercenaries so it actually makes sense for us to get contracts, but not like the X number of headshots etc, t thats more of a achievement and to add a bit of fluff to the whole thing. I am thinking of contracts that actually follow the lore of the game, and add RPG immersion that this game needs. |

Can you elaborate on your ideas then? Are you referring to general objectives, like Kill 5 Amarrian dropsuits for 5M isk, and when I accept it, the next game I play, if I kill 5 Amarrian dropsuits I'd get an extra 5M isk as a bonus, whether we won or lost?
In that case, I could get behind that. Fulfill side contracts for racial agents during normal PvP matches. |

How about something like this then. Your agent is offering a bonus of 1M isk if you can hack an objective, then successfully defend x number of hack attempts. That would give you and your squad more incentive to use RE, or lure people into traps. Maybe even make these offerings something a squadleader could order through the menu.
Another. Place a defend order on a squad mate, and prevent him from dying for x number of minutes for a bonus of 10,000 isk.

This isn't just a CoD thing, many EVE missions have bonuses based on specific guidelines that make you go above and beyond the mission's parameters. If they're not going to reward teams that win a battle as incentive to participate, I support this idea. |

Teams already get a reward and that is what we already get. But in my opinion there isn't much immersion into the whole mercenary thing, nothing that adds diversity, and there isn't anything to reward us beyond the SP cap that is worth doing. |
