If passive SP gain is 24k SP per day, and you've had your guy since the last reset that's at least 2.88 million SP. More if you play to earn Active SP (and you do), and more if you buy boosters.

I bet you have over 8 mil SP invested in your character.

its called an alt account...... Lots of people make them because to my knowledge CCP hasn't said anything against them. Lol, he could even be using a second character, though I don't seem much point in that.....

Didn't get the memo that I am an omni-soldier, I specced into everything at once. 8 million spread very thinly and still not done with 'core' skills.
