So in a weird twist of fate transformers invaded Dust after the respect. Every other guy seems to be in a yellow suit not fulfilling their intended role. I don't care about their tank anymore if they go logi more power to them if they are healing peeps. Those that are taking advantage of the suits slots however...
Logis should have side arm only, and as I know its a favorite make tell MD a sidearm or change pg/cpu somehow so that's the only viable light weapon without crippling the suit in terms of slots. |

Silly dusty scimitar is a logistics ship it gets bonus to remote reps and another ewar type buff so fitting damage mods and really big guns would be dumb see the parallel?
As for me not backing up my argument google the definition of logistics and assault. Obviously you don't know the definition of the two. |

Also decent pg/cpu reduction and a boost let's say -25% even to equipment usage just on every logi would be agreeable. I don't need mean to say they shouldn't partici.pate in combat but 17/0 with only WP from kills is a little wrong and not the intent of the suit |

If the intent of the suit was purely to run a supply fitting, then the customisation options would not exist and there would be restrictions on what gear could be fit to the suit.
Logistics equals supply and triage. CCP wouldn't have called the suit logistics on a whim. If the intent was omnirole then they would have called it "jack of all trades" or I don't know assault. If you pick logistics the intent shouldn't be loads of kills like the caldari suit is being abused for. You pick a logistics to throw down equipment and provide heals, then contribute to. combat. Many players play a different variant of logistic, for example while I never run with the tools you speak of I do provide support through holding points with RE's, dropping up-links, and nanohives to provide ammo and to re-up on RE's. Logi suits are currently the only ones with more than 1 equipment slot. Assault variants (especially shields due to the recharge bonus) are the superior killers but for many players only having one equipment slot is the deal breaker. If the assault suits where to once again have 2 equipment slots I guarantee half of these "killer bees" would disappear.
Which is completely cool because guess what you are fulfilling a logistics/engineering role "demolition" while also dropping equipment for the team. You are not out assaulting the enemy lines toe to toe with assault ans heavies.

Pretty sure I agreed that pg/cpu reduction with a reduction on the pg/cpu needs of equipment once it was suggested. Which in all hopes buffs their logistical capabilities I know fitting uplinks cam be a pain sometimes. That's why its a discussion: to come up with a progressive view of the sitution. You seem to be stuck on the past because I gave a valid retort that stumped you and can't progress with the rest of us. |

Your video helps my argument threefold.
Firstly a "logistics sustains his allies" = provides repairs ammo and revives
Secondly, a "fast hacker" that c"an't stand toe-to-toe with the enemy"
Thirdly, he is using a sidearmor (dmv) which I do believe was in my original post which would also flow with the reduced pg/cpu proposal as a sidearm uses less of both. |

If I can put up the same kill totals with a logi suit as I do in an assault suit plus I can now revive teammates, provide ammo, and repair. Why is that bad? So what if I have a ton of shields you see me coming throw a flux nade and I'm done.
Why not be an elite killer and support your teammates?
Your argument boils down to everyone spec logi and that's why its a problem. The suits are unbalanced and that is an issue when this game is supposed to be balanced. |
