I don't care about MCC campers. There should be a simple redline/mcc check though that you stop getting points if you stay in there too long.
I do care about the snipers in the MCC killing people with near impunity. They can sit in there and be protected from poorly render geometry. I try to anit-snipe them and I know I have a head shot lined up, indicator says I hit them, 5 times in a row without them moving, and they don't die.
What is worse, some maps you can actually cover important Letter Objectives from sniping inside the MCC. |

There isn't anything that will stop campers, no matter what. This horse is old and worn out. Put it in the barn and stop beating on it.
Camping in the redline for more than 30 seconds should stop people from gaining skill points, unless they hold zero objectives. This keeps people from giving up when dominated and provide some benefit from fighting a losing battle. As long as they hold one objective though, redliners should stop getting SP after a reasonable time. Even if they dance back and forth on the redline, this at least gives the enemies a way to kill the campers since friendly fire is not on for the blue dots.
This would make camping a much more involved process and still give the red dots something to do when dominating a team full of campers.
Sniper campers I have no problems with as long as they aren't exploiting geometry. I can easily anti-snipe them anywhere my bullets are allowed to hit them.

Ya, there are tons of places to hide, but the point is to make them killable by red dots. Technically, anyone outside the redline on Manus Peak can be killed by an enemy if they go hunting. If there becomes a local AFK hang out, the red dots will know and make regular raids to those spots. |

Once shields are down, I think then it is possible, but not sure if that matters as I haven't tried past seeing that I could do it one match after red dots killed me from the MCC and I couldn't shoot them back. I find I"m more useful running around on the ground at key locations. |
