We were told constantly during Beta 1.0 that vehicles in Dust would not be free. Instead, Ambush maps are nothing but free LAV spam. |

Why do you skill up for LAVs instead of using the free ones to run over people like a mongoloid. |

There wasn't much "whining" about it when AV grenades instapopped LAVs. Now all they're used for is to mow people down. |

I never cross any open ground if I can't immediately hide behind something to avoid such ignoble deaths and any player who is even remotely close to decent would too. Anyone not being constantly alert for LAVs and being in an area where an LAV can take them out deserves to die.
So you honestly believe free murder taxi contributes to making this game a decent shooter? We had other free vehicles during the beta too. Funny enough, CCP decided to remove them because they greatly detracted from gameplay and watered down what little existed of Dust gunplay.
If you want to mow people down in LAVs then by all means do so, but you should have to spec into LAVs and pay a price for doing it. |

I've been here for over a year. I've seen what marauders can do to a team, but there is a significant skill point investment associated with them. There isn't any sp investment with free LAVs, that's my issue. |

Actually, we had other free vehicles during beta 1.0. People defended them like people are defending the free LAVS today. Thankfully, they were removed because many of the matches turned into dropship squish and tower missile spam.
