You'll get it. I can see the first page of the forum being blown up with "WHY DIDN'T I GET MY RESPEC?!? I HATE CCP" threads. Let's be grown ups this morning.

Clearly you have no programming experience. As a guess, they have to validate all those that asked for a respec against the PSN userID, then craft some code to process that, then write an uber procedure to respec individual accounts, while not effing up EvE in the process, then they have work into the query how much people are owed in terms of ISK for the skills, then update those associated accounts with the ISK while removing the skill book records. Updating individual accounts is far more complex then doing a full reset.

It could very well stretch into month of June before ALL RESPECS R COMPLETED. New racial dropsuits, new vehicles ( tanks,fighter-ships, I.e, new gear overall ) NOT N GAME YET. We'll just end up respecing AGAIN lol.
