i was in Jove space with my Buzzard couple years ago. there is nothing, planets but on stations, no anomalys, no complex, no nothing. Damn jovians are fricking good at hiding even in jove space.
In addidion, they are all born sick. Some genetic disease that kills them. They haven't found a cure for this and it is beyond the understanding of Amarr or Caldari not to mention Ga-Ga llente and MinmaTard (Gallente are a joke at research and Minmatar are slaves to stupid to fetch me a beer) |

not happening as Jove are OP.
For comparison:
The four races can skill them selfs into tech 2/3 ships.
Tech 3 ships being Cruisers and Battle cruisers.
Many compare Jovian ships (at least the knowen ones) to be Tech 5/6 considering Slot layout, resis., base hp, cpu, pg etc
So so you see the problem. Not all shipclasses have got the t3 variant. as soon as we have them all up to supercapitals, ccp has got to think about either sidegrading ships further or going into t4.
As ccp has no intetion in making a t3 BS atm and is also not to fond of the idea to implement a t3 frig, you'll not going to see jovians anytime soon.
Jovians are cool and all, lore-wise, but they can be gamebraking if not used carefully.
