As the title states I'm looking for a merc corp to join that uses mics and teamwork. I've been in mamy clans in the past and even lead a few squads successfully. I've been a tournament player on COD and HALO teams with much success. I've won many COD FFA tournaments in the past so my slaying/fragging abilities are not in question. I'm looking for a good corp to join who uses mics and plays as a team, I have no problems following orders or dying to secure an objective I just need good team because I'm tired of playing with randoms and being in a corp which has no one on to play/practice with. I think Havok Core would be a perfect fit for you. We are a team and squad focused group. We have a couple of districts in PC and Havok is a decent sized corp. with over a hundred members and alot that are active so it's not hard to find a group to squad up with. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get on tonight but you can go to our public channel at hvk pub and tell them I talked to you on the forums and you would like to squad up to check out our corp. this will let you see what we're about and we can check you out as well. I'll look for you if I can get on tonight. |

The Nova Corps Marines is a medium sized tactical corporation with strong EVE ties and support. We are first and foremost and always will be a group of friends. From our CEO to our greenest grunt we all know, respect, and understand each other. We are not focused on KDR and quite frankly those of us in leadership could care less about it. We are focused on completing objectives and working as a unit. Our current CEO is an inactive United States Marine and we have several other members who are also military personnel and we run very similarly to the modern practices used by the military (with adaptations of course)
That being said we love to pal around and mess with each other but when its time to go into a match its time to get serious.

187. sounds like a good fit for you. We are a small corporation with a focus on quality players rather than having the biggest group. We always use teamwork, and we value your contribution to the team more highly than just your KDR. You sound like a competitive player who would play assault, and we certainly have a place for talented killers in our corporation.
As a corporation we have already taken two districts in PC, and we have PC battles daily to defend our districts and attack others. These battles will likely be a breath of fresh air for you, as they feature a much higher level of play than seen in pub matches.

Thanks for all the replies, i've been in contact with a few of you so far and havent made a decision yet. I should be on tonight so I will try and contact everyone and make my decision no which corp to join.

You sound like a gamer, so I assume your good and will get better.
Ill Omens is part of the Eon alliance, which is an alliance of mercs. We take contracts, fighting for the highest bidder, but also own a significant number of Districts. Ill Omens at one time had the most districts I believe in our alliance, but we gave up some for political reasons (to focus on our war against CRONOS)
Currently we are at war with CRONOS, and the fighting is enthusiastic to say the least. We have at least 5 PC matches a day, and as a alliance I think it's like 25 matches a day. We are constantly fighting or preparing to fight or debriefing.
Ill Omens currently has enough people on at any one time to field 1.5 PC matches. We would like to get that up to 2 so we can launch 2 attacks at once. Our win/lose ratio is not perfect, but our desire to fight is.
We have a strong field commander and constantly improving team tactics and cohesion.
