Decided to roll an alt. Checked out the booster section of the market. No Data Found.
Do Academy peeps have access to boosters, or are they too great for the proletariat to use? |

Nah, trying to find the Active / Passive boosters.
Speaking of which, do passive boosters work on a character that doesn't have passive activated? |

Ah, fair enough. I thought that maybe it would be 0 + 50% = 50%, while on the passive character it would be 100% + 50+ = 150%. |

I'd test it myself since there's a discrepancy in here now, but I can't if I don't have access to the augmentations section of the market. |

UPDATE: I bought the 7-day passive to see if it works. I had to relog to see it, but the passives do work on a character without passive SP active.
... it is much slower though xD Seems like the percentages are additive instead of multiplicative. |
