Because there's no criticism of metacritic's methodology at all, because directly comparing absolute numbers is always the only valid metric to asses a product's success and, lastly, because any of his has any bearing whatsoever on the technical implications of manually, thouroughly and correctly modifiying huge automated databases in non trivial ways.

So it only makes things worse that they will not comment or post anything, a time frame, a " oops sorry we ****** up"
Ccp who ever runs your customer service department is a ******. Me personally I didn't expect them to keep their word, so now everything they say will be taken with a grain of salt simply because they refuse to bring us in the loop.

It is completely normal for a free service to retain only a tiny fraction of registered accounts as regular users. Statistically, that number is really nothing out of the ordinary and anyone with some marketing experience is aware of the fact that the vast majority of this this accounts did not login more than twice if at all and will never return.
Again, that's expected behaviour in this segment. |
