Lots of districts looking for good homes

Any corp looking to play with their friends and peers in PC should consider buying a district instead of trying to take one. The advantages are clear:

Less overall cost than assaulting a district.
To take a district, you are going to have to use at least 2 clone packs.
To buy a district, you need 1 clone pack + evacuation cost to the seller.
Why spend more money than you have to? You will end up having more clones on the district if you choose to buy as well. More clones = more money.

Less risk.
Attacking a district is always a risky choice. Any loss can increase overall costs by 80 million! Even corps that appear weak have the ability to hire stronger mercenaries to defend a district. Repeated losses are damaging to corp morale. Failure to take the district is expensive and embarrassing. Successful capture of a district leaves a displaced opponent that still wants that district. Personally I've seen opponents attack a district that they lost TEN CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. This can strain even the tightest of bonds.

Don't risk it! Teamplayers and CHICAGOCUBS4EVER are known and trustworthy entities. We have bought, sold, and traded many districts and you won't find anyone that can honestly say that we have slighted them in our business dealings. We have never attacked any districts that we have sold and maintain friendly relationships with our partners.

Any corp looking to train as a group should send Cubs a mail right away. The sooner you are able to practice together, the quicker your corp will be able to enjoy PC. Districts in great areas are highly sought commodities and the sooner you send that man a mail, the better the district you will be able to receive.

This is all well selling really cheap but, what happens when they just get attacked by the bad men. These will be "small corps".

New corps are being colonized on certain areas that will bevacated by the big guys. The big guys have enough of molden heath they battle over, and I have talked with Sha as well as Kane in regard to this. We are all on board with making room for the smaller independent corps and let them go at each other.

We are always around and for hire to help you out, but you will not have to worry about waking up to being under attack by the corps all these forum warriors belong to!

I've noticed you are now the biggest land holders in Molden Heath so who better to get it from than TeamPlayers.

Once i sort my pricing out i'd love to work with TP in getting a mix of different corps and players into a mercenary group, which could be the service required once the district has changed hands.

We are trying like hell to sale districts off. 60M is way cheaper than the cost of taking the district with a fight.
