If so, then your ticket was closed because they have dealt with it and added your name to the list of those to be given respec. Just because you're on the list doesn't mean you get it straight off. Those who's requests were processed first get respeced first. If ya can't handle that then ya might as well go back to whatever.
Whether you are to get a respec or not, you will have gotten an email. Try checking and reading it before crying on here. |

No worries. It took over 24hrs from the time I sent in my ticket before I got an email stating they had received it and I was getting a respec. Not sure what has gone wrong on your end. But having a rant, or as you put it, presenting a reminder, after what sounds like your first ticket went astray, is where most people would regard your OP as being childish. Have you send an email to support? |

If your email to support and your ticket submission have resulted in no response from CCP, while everyone else I know has had no problem, then I'd recommend removing your head from your rear, and seeing where you went wrong in your submissions. If it's an issue on CCP's end, then sending in another few submission WITHOUT attitude might do wonders for you actually getting respeced. Or ya could just go back to playing with your Xbox, or yourself, or spash out, play with both at the same time. I hope ya have fun either way. |

The skill respec will be applied to your characters in the coming days once we have completed and deployed changes to the skill tree. Go to https://dust514.com/community/support/
Log into your account using your PSN email and password in the top right.
Click on Submit a ticket.
Select your character.
In Category select 'Skills'
In Subject title it 'Request a character skill point respec'
In Message put 'Due to recent skill changes I would like a SP respec please'
