I've been a loyal follower since the emergence of the closed beta, and now that it is supposedly 'released', I am going to say now: this game isn't fun.
This game is boring, the graphics suck and the shooter aspect is rubbish. I have no way to get involved with Planetary Conquest and all of that so the 'strategic' aspect is eliminated for me. This game is so bad. The controls are clunky and it is just frustrating. I am now literally ripping the plug out in certain instances because there is nothing good to do at all. It is just a waste of time and I can NOT see this game surviving a year longer. A game this deep was never meant for consoles, and CCP needs to learn that a shooter isn't the same thing as an MMORPG. 70% of the customers will probably never even touch PC, and they will only want to shoot. And the shooting sucks right now.
CCP, improve it, now... It is the release, the bad reviews should be an indicator to get your act back together.
This game will not be 're-reviewed' in 5 years when this finally gets good, people will always refer back to the release review and they will not want to play, and even when they do, they will be blown right out because everyone is so much more experienced than them.

I would give some if I had some positive feedback. But the only good stuff is the potential of new equipment, maps and features. Right now it is genuinely a game riddled with bad stuff, I simply cannot compliment CCP when the state of their game is like this... |
