Have you not noticed the updated map feedback section? No ones been posting!

There are TONS of places on these maps where the walls are sticky or there are invisible barriers or hills that you get stuck on.

How do you expect things to get fixed unless you participate in the solution instead of just whining?

 Ha! CCP listening to problems?

Have you seen the pages we have gone through in these forums?

All listing problem after problem, all the while hearing from fanboys that this was beta or to HTFU.

CCP chooses to ignore all of the past input from players and releases a game we didn't even test!

Uprising is a whole new game from what we as a community were trying to balance! CCP basically said **** all the beta players input we will.release what we want.

And we got this broken game where it went from some diversity in weapons and vehicle play to LAV and AR spam. From a progressive map to a static ring around the Rosie play style.

We have given sooo much feedback and CCP has done so little, I can seriously count the things the have fixed on one hand.

They either refuse.to listen to their community or fail on implementation, and I don't forget about the difficulty in programming for the cell which I think makes most of this many times harder than what it should be.

CCP shouldknow that EVERY corner and terrain needs to be ironed out so it doesn't catch you. There are too many to list and it all needs to be fixed.

So, the mechanic you suggest is that we wander the maps, making note of every terrain impairment? I do not have a desire that large to see a game get marginally better on the sweat of my back. They're already feverishly trying to pry my hard earned cash from my hands (if only the coders had the fervor of the marketing guys!) with the eternal retrograde beta, they don't overtly deserve me to do their jobs for them.

Well, I don't know no Latin. Though, I am Latino. Though, it means the same thing in French. Can you dig it?

Here's the thing that stops me. CCP say's that they are going to autogenerate maps based on planet parameters. That's a LOT of maps.

If the autogeneration produces maps like we have now with this many sticky spots that CCP can't find by themselves and have to be hand-fixed, then the whole process is going to fail. It represents a crazy amount of dev-hours(more like dev-years).

Or is there something i'm just not understanding about the whole process?

We really shouldn't have to go through this for maps in a released game. Could you imagine DICE or some other AAA shooter developer being reliant on user feedback after the game is released just for their maps to not be sticky?
Bad QA testing is not our responsibility.

Complaining loudly and often seems the best way to get CCP to do stuff these days, even if they take ages with it. Besides QA doesn't pick everything up, hence the feedback sections.
