Against STD AV they are somewhat balanced. If you're caught with no momentum, a single STD AV users may be able to take you down if he's a decent shot, and two AV users will drop you almost immediately. Anything higher than STD AV and all it takes is a single guy on the field-ásomewhere-áand you are either-ácompletely-áworthless, or a fireball. basically, if the match is even semi-serious, they are absolutely 100% worthless.

Maybe if CCP started acting like they knew what was up instead of making promises years ago, and even current PATCH NOTES which are still unfulfilled -pilots wouldn't feel the need to vie in this way for attention.

Not just on the DS front, which honestly look by now to be a lost cause, but also general problems. TAR balance, free LAVs, bugs forcing a restart every 3-5 games. Obviously things can't stay like this. But what does absolutely nothing to is the absolute lack of communication coming from devs about their thoughts and what they are up to. Normally that would be enough to suffice, but when they do things like the DS price decrease in patch notes, which has yet to materialize it really makes you wonder what their words are worth. So they need to be called into check about not just the lack of communication, but the lack of honest communication. Words are cheap. You can't patch code with words though, which it appears they've tried done for DS and lag/restarts/Needles/etc. Honestly I think developers owe at least 5 seconds to their customers to explain why they couldn't be bothered to take 10 seconds and update value in their database. These things leave me baffled. There's a difference between busy and apathy. Currently this team wreaks of apathy but perhaps its a misinterpretation. We'll never know, because they don't tell us. And when they do say something, it's not worth the HTML it's written on.

I guess you are not really paying attention then to what is going on with the dropships in this game and the posts associated with them. And I agree with what has been said above, your suggestions seem to be "just fly" better. Yea...that will fix all of the inherent problems.

You are right, threads about exotic dancers, kbm cheaters, and blueberries in tanks, etc are way more important then this one. I guess thats why you are leaving those alone yet trying to tear this one apart.

I guess thats why you are leaving those alone yet trying to tear this one apart. His orders probably don't cover everything. CCP's instructions on "managing" issues would be pretty clear. It's just lucky the CPM can't close threads and issue infractions or we would see the full force of controlling the message. All I see though is a CPM person who's a bit of a joke of a bloke TBH.
