If your wanting some troops on the ground to help gain your way into conquest of new eden, LSNE is about make a first move towards interplanetary conquest and are wanting or (hoping) that we can aquire a pilot. It just seems like the right thing to do, i mean these games are intertwined now for nothing.
So if anyone is down to have ground troops in a new, climbing the boards, corporation then at least talk to us first.

it's interesting that you should bring this up, and i wish you the best at finding an EvE corp. merc services aren't really marketable right now at least to capsuleers. Molden Heath is currently the only area that anyone would encounter mercs, save faction warfare. Molden Heath is only one of 64 regions (a very small area in a big world) and at that some of it resides in hi-sec. mercs can only fight in low-sec this is a problem for you because only one thing happens in low-sec... murder, low-sec is almost exclusively PVP as null-sec has become all buddy buddy. because of that indy corps(half your client+żle) don't venture there. some PVP corps exist though so you might find a client there but POSes in low sec have a terrible tendency to go boom. |

i have no doubt that in future expansions dust will become a much bigger player in EvE politics. the free market in EvE is completely player driven and is just as if not more volatile than the one in the real world. introducing dust all at once would be the equivalent of introducing a colony full of people on mars completely out of the blue without any warning. we as mercs could literally crash the economy if ccp isn't careful. so for now they are taking it slow and integrating dust and eve very carefully so the new game doesn't break what they already have. but in the next couple up dates i would expect more regions to be opened for mercs to play in. |
