Zor, Do you know how many times we've come close to world war three over a flock of geese on a computer screen? Do you know what triggered the last world war? An argument over how many telegraph poles Germany owed its war debt creditors. And that crazy n*zi bastard.
I am pretty sure a small argument like this can be caused by such a thing.

As you said out of convenience they also did it because of protection against Eon. Kujo may have spun the Hellstorm vs 0.H LoI attack to be us backstabbing them but no one has ever been more traitorous then when AE tried to vitalize the NF name.
Meh, maybe to you...The most traitorous thing IMO was OH backstabbing the Alliance that allowed them to survive (which I personally pushed Cubs to do) and then got repaid by having you be one of the many corps stacking timers.
Would have been fine if you'd left before the war...would have been fine if you left in the war and had enough gratitude to ring for your former fam or AT LEAST stay out of it...instead we got backstabbed.
And it would be 'revitalize' not because I'm a grammar ****...I just didn't know if you knew and thought it was a peculiar mistake.
Or maybe when you were holding PFBHz tags while sending mails to PFBHz members about your new corp before you got expelled...
Essentially a mutiny...

That sad truth is I never should have provided the lobbying that allowed Cap and others to stay in Tso's despite shep and co. pressuring me because that was the reason Doge and some others left and went to OH.
I made that choice because I remembered how OH left EoN. and I didn't ever want to feel like I made a promise and went back on it...even though I am still positive to this day that I expressly told Kujo that Renegade would only be in Tso's for the Eve support until NF was vanquished and AE left the game with legacy secured.
Desperate times post rouge wedding caused the only 2 decisions I ever regretted from a leadership standpoint. Forcing frenemies with vastly different culture's to be besties in LoD and the decision to bend to Cap's request to allow Renegade to stay in Tso's.
The proximity of both follies ripped the family apart. And the way Shep and some others in Cap returned the favor down the line last winter taught me a valuable lesson I naively thought i'd already learned.
Point being...OH thought they were big and bad when they were smashing a crippled FA last summer until Doge and Fusion returned to FA...and now it's ironic you're saying it was hard facing two of your former slayers...

Give them credit, their alliance had one skill at Proficiency 5... they were the masters of district locking and exploiting the pay out mechanics to earn more isk then if they didn't lock the district.
This thread has out lived its usefulness.
0.H had a stellar team, but were they what they say they were? No. One of the top 5 teams, even, during some points, but we all remember crap differently.

In all honesty, during the DNS Era I was more intimidated when I saw 0H in the battle finder than when I saw AE or ERA or FA.
Ehhhhh... FA had some killer teams when they formed a "super" team of different members from around the Dust world... 0.H would use the same people (The Black Art, Almighty Statius [ex-Imperfect], King Kobrah, etc etc etc), but by the time that war kicked off, I had fought 0.H a decent amount not to worry. I can honestly say, FA were the ones I was most worried about.
0.H had some excellent slayers, though, but I can never remove that phrase from the following: they all used the Amarr Assault with SCR which was a super crutch at the time, considering how weak the Minmatar suit was in comparison and they could 2 shot almost any Caldari.
That being said, when I went into my first fight against 0.H during ANON's days (they were "testing" us) and we 5 capped them... my concern for any PC against them melted away. After that, the 2 proceeding battles we won, but they put up much better fights. They still provide good fights to today, and they have lasted quite some time, but overlooking the actual history of the corp and going solely based on what is said in here, would lead you to having a massively skewed and false opinion.
