Thanks man but one question.
One reason I wanted out of my HMG build was I thought it was too slow.
Is every heavy as slow?
I thought I would have to switch to an assault suit?

Gallente was my pick. Damage mods, armour reps, 1-2 plates.
Caldari seem to be 10000000 complex shield extenders, and as much ammo as you can carry.

Well your turn speed is faster once you drop your HMG but yes it's not a bunny hopping outfit but it will kill well. If this is the same Boogerisking from mag imagine using a tansem with 12 armor but doing it at level 4
