Why is it that a delivery ship can drop a vehicle from 20 feet up and do zero damage? When I land on a roof 5 miles an hour I take 900hp in damage. Other then that, they fly perfect!!!!!! (Once u LEARN how to control it). They have air brakes. |

What dropships really need is to not blow up when someone looks at them funny. |

This is because during the closed beta they had proper landing gears and people just flew around squishing reds with the bottom of the ship. |

LMAO! Why didn't I see that? That's so true about the RDV dropping vehicles without them getting any scratches! Back in the old days, they actually used to bounce around without taking any damage. But yeah, I can see how this new problem needs to be fixed. "Landing Gears" is a good idea. |

Yup it was even more rampant than LAVs running people down now. |

Yes, please fix the landing damage thing or figure out a better way to make landing softly easier. |

not to be a jerk but the landing does take practice/skill, you counter thrust upwards at the last moment to cushion the landing

Yes. I can't land a Gallente Dropship for my life :(, it's hard enough to lift up those things when not in a massively open area |

i usually have enough shield on my grimness to just tank a hard landing if it's urgent
landing takes practice and crashes, just as flying does, i think they improved the gallente landing gear some from last build, the gear on the Incubus is decent. |
