go to the main dust514.com page
log in
top right corner click on your character name and open a ticket under the correct tab.
make sure you title it RESPEC.
Reset will have you wake up to a 200k skill point character. |

You missed the point completely. He meant that you specifically want a 'respec', and not a 'reset'. |

dont bother with the link in the GM thread about the optional account reset/skill respec.
hit the DUST link in the drop down menu at top screen right, navigate your way to the account management page, log in, and set up a ticket. Name your ticket "Skill Respec" unless you want a full Account Reset...ie account taken back to day 1 (to reclaim AUR). |

Re spec = get all your points back
Reset = start over
Reset is the CCP answer to the Merc pack issue of refunding AUR.
