.....teach new players how to switch from main to sidearm and teach snipers about situational awareness. For the love of Pete, to his credit one of your guys sniped me, but he stayed where he was, saw me coming for him and then tried to snipe me at close range never have tried for his sidearm. I ended up slaughtering him with my SMG.
I can appreciate what you guys are doing and thanks for doing it, but these guys need to learn the basics. Another reason why Proto players are slaughtering innocent newberries. Yes this person was in your Corp, and I wish I could remember his name.
At any rate, keep up the good work DU, most of your guys vets and noobs seem pretty solid, but a few are either not applying what they are taught or haven't been taught. |

That may be as well, I just don't understand that. I don't even run around with my sniper rifle out, just in case. I would argue that a sidearm, for just about every class is at least as important as his/her main weapon. |

There there now. It's not your fault you were gimped by your suit manufacturers. I'm sure that if you could have a sidearm, you would have one.
Maybe one day, when you are all grown up, Daddy will let you play with his SMG.
Edit: That sounds really wrong if you put to much thought into my last statement....lol |

That could have been me. I usually stay in one spot. Most have no clue where the shots are coming from if I knock them off quickly. I rarely get tracked down. if I did I like to shoot them once (anywhere on their body) with the sniper rifle at close range to knock of their shield and then pop them once or twice with my pistol. Sometimes they move in quiet or I'm not paying attention to my scanner and I get mowed down with an SMG before I can even turn around or before I can get that one shot with my sniper in them... That single close range sniper shot is important. pistol is powerful but wont do the job quick enough if the shields are up. |

What makes me chuckle is watching someone try to get close by attempting to ride up the mountain with their LAV. 90% of the time they get stuck or flipped while I snipe their head off or toss one of my AV grenades at them.
Also...I get a boner when I see a driver abandon their LAV with the passenger still operating the turret. |

Someone tried this with me the other day. It was on Manus Peak in the hills by C and he completely rolled off a sharp ledge into the "out of bounds" area. It was pretty funny. |

You are right on the spot. The only quality education and learning come from us Amarr and Caldari instructors, and quite frankly there are far too few of them in good roles for management. What the corp over here needs is some good solid pureblood caldari, not those bastard Gallente... |

That single close range sniper shot is important. Pistol is powerful but wont do the job quick enough before having to reload if the shields are up (only 6 bullets in the clip). Sometimes I'll miss with the sniper close range and I'm dead, leaving you to think that I never thought about switching to my sidearm.

LAV turrets are a joke. You're a free kill. It goes as extra 40 WP on top of the free kill when some people think it's a good idea to abandon their LAV's driver seat and use a small turret at the back to try and shoot an assault dropship down that is after them. |

Depending on your suit and weapon (and skill points allocated) it can be pretty difficult to fit a sidearm on a scout sniper, for example.
Especially if you want a nano-hive or are sporting a good deal of militia gear. |
