You would expect a heavy carrying so much armor and a HMG to be easily heard in complete silence?
Anyone asking, I have the Sony Pulse Headset, I had my volume half up, I was in shooter mode and I had bass boost slightly up.

I think that different suits should make more or less sound.
A heavy frame - Easily heard, half the loudness of a tank
A medium frame - Still easily heard, but only at close range
A light frame - Silence, no sound except for when you drop from above

This will also give scout suits an advantage of being the only suit not making a sound, which means that players who are expecting footsteps will get a knife to the back instead.
