Awesome fixes, cant wait to see the stacking penaltyes
CCP arm patch in this moment.
Performance
- Optimized EVE Univers Data Synchronization process
- Optimized Content Update process
- Optimized Conetent Update UI to reflect total progress
- Optimized PhysX for better client Performance
- Optimized memory usage for sound
Bug Fixes
- Fixes issue where sounds may drop off
- Fixes issue where players may get stuck when loading into battle
- Fixes issue where the weapon switch menu may get stuck
- Fixes issue throwing grenades/switching weapon has a slight delay
- Fixes issue Mouse Sensitivity may not work as expected
- Fixes issue a UI issue where Module Stacking Penalty does not show up properly
- Fixes Target Intel triggering for Flaylock Pistols
UI
- Added a News tab in the Launcher window

There is most probably some back end changes as well, since the notes seems just like a normal hotfix.
Can some people check if they notice other changes in game like
weapon range, damage
Dropship changes?
Tank changes?
Let track the stuff we find here.
