Hi,
why is there no updated game manual or official weapon/item list, that spotlights all the different weapons and there stats/usage?
There is no respec option, so picking the weapon i like is kinda essential, but i cant simply find a updated list of available weapons and there handling/iron sights/scopes/variants.
I just found out there is a rifle with a acog like scope, which i was looking for, but i simply did not know this weapon existed, because i could not get my hands on one to try it out. The problem is i already spend my SP in sniper rifles, which i don't like, since the controller inputs are so wacky and unprecise.
I know i can test the basic variants using alt's, but i cant test the lvl V versions with different handling, like the charged sniper rifle. This is extremely frustrating to judge a weapon by searching on youtube for videos, instead of letting me try them for a match.
The official site only has text and the text is not even complete and reflects what weapons are actual in the game.
It is already frustrating enough to have all those technical problems, but why do i need to read patch notes, search youtube or wait 10 hours, to create/terminate a alt "weapon test" character?
All i want is to see the default and zoomed mode for all basic weapons and how they handle, so i can pick the one i like?
Thats a pretty reasonable request for a FPS game and yet i struggle to get this basic task done in Dust? |

The so called "manual" does not have a single weapon/vehicle/equipment/module stat or information in it! The only information u can get from this manual is, things u would naturally notice, like where are my shield/HP are.
Thats rather obviously since, no i had no problems playing the game, skilling or using the market without ever reading this manual or watching videos. I guess i'm not alone here....

No videos, no stats and even the text is wrong by stating: Quote:Alternative light weapons include the Mass Driver, Plasma Shotgun, and Sniper Rifle. So there is no "Scrambler Rifle" ?
So how do find get any information using the default site, if a assault rifle exists with more than the default iron sights? Do later versions get a scope or acog or handle differently? Can i get a scope via upgrades/modules? Nothing is actually shown or explained at all, but this is the most crucial information every FPS player has to decide, since u spend 90% of your time using your weapon/vehicle and u don't care if your HP bar is blue or red or top left or top right.
Like noted, i have to search youtube and patch nodes or create/terminate several alt's to even get a idea what weapons/vehicles are in the game? This is simply lazy and frustrating as customer. |

Nah u did not upset me, since u are not hiding those informations from me. Sorry if my response my have sounded kinda prickish.
Im getting rather frustrated by Dust from day to day, because while i really want to like and play this game, seems Dust does everything it can to throw rocks and mud at me. |
