2 out of 3 matches of dom i go into there is a group of people sitting on nanohives chucking grenades nonstop which is absolutely ridiculous, by the way people who complain about AV grenades should back me up on this as well because we all know nanohives mixed with av nades destroys vehichles like nothing. Please just make it so nanohives do not supply grenades... |

Nano hives uses nano technology to produce something from almost nothing. When my nano hive makes me ribs when I'm hungry then ill be happy. Untill then ill settle for ammo and grenades. |

Seems to me that Nanohives work as ammo supply bags or crates. I can think of a few instances where soldiers probably carry ordinance/ammo supply for the squad. Usually when they're dug in with ammo like that, a frag grenade will go off in their area. Maybe you should try the same thing - OR BETTER YET - stay out of their throwing range? I mean, it's just an idea that you could go find a different fight to pick. But that's just crazy right? |

It's probably half DUST's funky explosion mechanics and half the exaggerated explosion effect on standard tier grenades.
Sometimes the explosions glitch out and won't affect someone unless they are literally right on top of it.
The explosion visual effect is static and doesn't change between different tiers. Higher-tier flux grenades are more in line with the visual.
Personally, I use standard flux grenades and I haven't hit any major snags yet. |

Terrain glitch is still an issue. If you hit a target that has even a pixel of elevation or incline with splash damage, it won't register. Happens to all splash damage weapons and turrets. |

+1. AV nades at least shouldn't be so spammable. Your giving people that didn't truly spec in AV gear the ability take out things that take A LOT of SP to spec into... |

If deploying nanohives for grenades, you'll still run out unless you die anyway. They get used up after giving a few grenades only. And as others have said, there are several counters to said scenarios.

These little nade farms, are also great for a tactital sniper rifle. It actually is funny to see the panic when they realise that its happening, especially when their lil bumblebee yellow man drops 1st.
