I sent a ticket in on Friday, got the auto response later. I got an official response from stating they flagged my character for a respec on Saturday. On Sunday they said I sent it from wrong email (which I did) so I sent it from correct email, following the same instructions, got an auto reply Monday, but nothing afterwards. is it too late? Should it be taking this long?-á |

Well, it sounds like you were asking for the Respec, I wouldn't worry just yet. Respecs will not be done until after the skill tree changes go live, which as of last announcement was Wed 22nd's Downtime, so next downtime. They will then have quite a backlog to go through I would imagine.
I wouldn't be worried at all yet, tbh. |

It took them a few days to get to my ticket which is fine as I'm sure they have been bombarded by people asking for the respec. Don't worry have patience. The actual skill respec will come sometime this week, at least that's my guess. |
