One Flaylock pistol round hit my Python dropship and pitched it on it's side. The impact physics from the basic flaylock caused my low-flying dropship to barrel roll to one side and into a building.

Remember about six months ago when the impact from your own missile launchers could rock the dropship that hard? Hell, I remember literally being flipped upside down by swarm missiles. |

I think thats physics working properly, if the projectile could realisticaly do that (minature rocket launcher).
If someone can carefully plan the shot that well, or get lucky, they should be rewarded. |

I don't think that it was the flaylock, or if it was then it was bugged. In the Uprising trailer they show a guy with a skilled up flaylock hitting a dropship and it didn't even give a ****. |

Ok, so a puny pistol rocket warhead has more energy than the engines that come on the dropship?
Those huge engines that take forever to get the pig of a greyhound bus moving can't match what a bottle rocket can do?
Maybe somebody should take a clip of those things and build a JATO unit for the dropship. |

The standard Flaylock out damages a proto Mass Driver. Be luck that all you're doing is barrel rolling when it hits you. |

Weird.
I'd look into reproducing the scenario, and maybe comparing the Flaylock to Swarm Lanchers, and their impacts on your Python Assault versus the weightier Standard and Logistics-class dropships.
I will agree though, physics are a bit wonky when it comes to dropships - something I hope is fixed before fighter-class ships arrive on the battlefield. |
