Anyone think that drop ships could do with some kind of limited ammo, anti-missile flare? would make them more viable and last longer. |

How about frankly if you can't hit a DS even when zooming around with an after burner, you're a horrible forge gunner. |

If a forge gun can hit you, you're low enough to be doing your job. Dropships IMO need 1 co-pilot turret mounted on the front. No gunners seats on the side (The assault variant WOULD have turrets on the side) and a MASSIVE buff to armor and or shields. Points for spawns just like a drop uplink (all vehicles with a CRU should have this.) and closing the bay doors should give a defense increase by a small amount say 5-10%. |

IIRC, a CCP dev stated that chaffs (or something with the same effect) are being considered. |

A flare? You don't need a flare... the majority of your time on the field is as a fireball. Why would you need a flare? |
