We were asked not too so other corps wouldn't take advantage of 'em :( Of course, Chronos doenst care if it happens, cause they are the ones doing it. I've seen two cases personally where my corp attacked a district, lowered defending clone count to 0, only to find it sitting at 150 afterwards. One of the defending corps claimed that as a bug that was, apparently, outside of their control. Yes. its an exploit. Corps doing it should be punished, and CPM members encouraging their corps to do it should get a boot from CPM and 3 month ban.

That shouldn't be something anyone would hide and should be reported on Feedback, right? Can't post exploits on the forums. They have to be petitioned.

Grief Uni are pretty widely documented at being the first to have worked out how to do it. At worst you could accuse certain CPM members of copycatting. And since when is there some rule against naming and shaming? That's pretty much all GD is. You seem pretty quick to defend the still unnamed. Hmmm...

This is a separate issue where it is possible to add clones to a district after clone count hits 0, thus preventing change of ownership.

In the interests of keeping slander to a minimum, I think it'd be more beneficial to the community to presume one innocent until proven guilty. Like I said, if you have more evidence that points to this, I'm all ears. Can't run an article on something this potentially big with such shaky accusations. If it's really something you're not allowed to post on the forums, though, then we appear to be at an impasse. And considering as said impasse was inevitable from the get-go, thread probably shouldn't have been posted. I am disappoint. Troll failed.

Get the information out of him put it up on blast on BUGS section and get it fixed..... Thats not the point. If someone is using their position on CPM to get knowledge about exploits and then using said exploits to cheat, they should be removed. The exploit should be fixed, and Im sure itll be soon. But in the mean time, those encouraging the use of exploits should be dealt with
