I was wondering if it was possible to get a timeline on some updates. I am not talking about new content, I am tracking thats at least 6 months out no biggy.
- Skill point remap/reset: My understanding is they are tweeking the skill points and then the optional reset. We have heard within days. They have said a few days, within the week? Two weeks? Month?
- Fixing the mass driver bugs. Again is this something we can expect within the next week, two weeks, month?
- I am assuming the TAC AR will actially be nerfed. Again is this something we can expect within the next week, two weeks, month?
- Are the rest of the suits going to be on the next build? Or hot patched in? Within the next month, 2 months, 3 months?
Can we please get over the Soon(tm) and Soon fetish CCP has. I know they wont give exact time frames but I think ballpark answers should be reasonable. |

We are trying to help CCP get over their curious fear of dates and timelines.
It is a slow process, and one that most of us agree that is secretive to the degree of actually being harmful.
We're trying to get them to be more loose lipped about futurestuff, yet maintain proper expectations of the players so that they know that CCP is trying to keep them in the loop without promising the moon :P |

Agreed. There are too many things that have come under the "soon tm" caveat. I know some people have requested the sp respec because they are fed up of waiting for things already promised. Suits, lower dropship prices etc etc. At least a loose timeframe would encourage saving some sp rather than submitting frustrated respec requests. |

CCP can't hotfix content that is not all ready in the game. Adding new suits (models) requires a client update aka. Sony patch.
I'm guessing min. of three months before we see other racial suits. Probably more though.... |

My understanding is the new suits will be coming out in the somewhat near future, i.e. before the next real build.
Anyway what I am really looking for is the reworking of mass drivers. |

That's not "coming days" that's "coming months"!!! |

This isn't entirely true.
They can add suits and weapon variants using existing models. They can change skill bonuses so long as the bonus is supported in the engine with existing code.
They can add/change almost anything you can think of, so long as that change results from changing stuff in the database or is all server-side.
Anything that involves changing the game client's code means they need to go through Sony. |
