Ok, I'm going to keep this simple. I know pretty much the generals, upgrade shields and its jazz (recharge, boosters, extenders, etc.) but what I don't know, is the specifics. What turrets should I be using, I've got X high slots what exactly should they be filled with?
Basically, can I get some builds people have used? I don't want to be going into an SP intensive thing like this with out some guidance. Any help is appreciated. And if you don't have something useful to contribute, then keep walking. I don't want useless insults and other nonsense cluttering this topic up. Thanks! |

Alright, cool ladwar... lets get down to business, shall we?
Right now, I'm using the Sica (Because I have nooblord level SP... under 1 mil), but I'm pretty sure the marauder caldari tank is going to be my main tank. Managing my hp? I don't know... I don't drop in many tanks (because my games always end up as a loss and I'd rather not lose the tank), so I don't get many chances to test it, but lets assume if 5/10 is average, I'm a 4/10. Matches? I'm doing pubs until I can get better tanks, then I plan on going into FW or PC, ya know to help out the corp. |

You'll want to have a few fits to alternate between as the fighting progresses, one or two different blaster fits and a few railgun fits assuming you have some SP in the large hybrid turret area. Both you'll need to keep range though, slam them railguns into enemy turrets and tanks and have some good fun while having a blaster fit to counter just plain infantry.
If you want to not lose ISK and still drop tanks, peruse backwards and take a look at the tanker guide with the tag (fitting) which contains a few basic low ISK and low SP fits for all players to use. I really do hope to see more tanks on the battlefield, not just in PC but everywhere. They're damn cool and more people need to try them out.
Found it, thanks! |
