Ok so a background rant then on to the discussion.
Before this build i ran 2 or 3 types of weapons and every time i would log on i was able to use any of those 3 weapons at any time like i was the day or so before. Btw my three weapons then were AR, laser rifle, and shotgun.
In this build, I am using 2 different weapons. First of which is the AR. This gun i feel has the worst hit detection lag in the game (maybe minus the sniper which i have used little this build.) My second gun is the shotgun. This guns aiming system is by far the most inconsistent.
So everyday i get on and i feel like im playing a new version of the game. One day the shotgun works like ur playing in CoD. You can miss ur target by 5 feet and still get a one shot kill. The next day it is like a shotgun in bf2 where u have to be right up on someone and have them centered in ur sights in order to hurt them and screw the one shot kill its out of the question at the moment. Along with this, the AR as i stated above has the worst hit detection lag in the game. I can be standing next to an inactive red dot hip fire the thing ( yes i have sharpshooter up and im using a GEK ) and i might kill the guy. The next day in 10 bullets while shooting at his chest im getting head shots and massacring everyone.
So needless to say im frustrated because i am trying to competitively game and with inconsistent results i am getting annoyed.
My questions to the dust community are as follows:
Are you experiencing any variation in aiming with your weapon/weapons?
If so, what weapon/weapons are you experiencing this with?
If so, to what degree are you experiencing these variations?
If not, what are your sensitivities for ground, vehicle and arial vehicles set to? (i have been told once or twice that all three affect the movement of the whole idk why and idk if its true) |

The aiming system was definitely changed and it is horrible. They need to remove it like they did with those older maps that caused huge frame rate issues. Revert the aiming system back to Chromosome's settings....there was nothing wrong with it and noone asked for a change. CCP could have used those programmers on another project. |

You're gonna hate it, but if you drop your ps3 to the lowest output setting, it works waaaay better. |
